Has Summer already arrived where you are? My kids are officially out of school and the warm temps are here to stay. We’ve been spending most of our days outdoors, drawing with chalk, going on walks, enjoying all the farmers market produce, and playing. I’m very excited to welcome Summer! The vibes are chill, and relaxing is a must.

Something Was Wrong podcast: I can’t believe its taken me this long to get into this podcast. They share the true stories and shocking tales of survivors. Each story tells the tale of someone who made it through wild discoveries they never anticipated.

The group chat agrees that Queen Charlotte on Netflix is a great show! A prequel spin-off of the Netflix series Bridgerton. The story is loosely based on an alternate history take on the rise of Charlotte of Mecklenburg-Strelitz to prominence and power in the late 18th century.

Sandwich by Catherine Newman: It’s time for my annual escape to a wealthy coastal Summer (at least in book form—looking at you, Paper Palace and The Guest). In this latest novel by Catherine Newman, Rocky returns to her family’s home on Cape Cod, sandwiched between her growing kids and aging parents, a place rich with memories and imbued with joyful and complicated family dynamics.
